I AM applying as an English teacher in Vietnam. My agency is a licensed one but it came to my knowledge that the job
order (JO) is not yet approved by POEA. It’s representative told us
that the JO will be approved within a week but after almost two weeks
it’s not yet approved. The agency wants us to submit all our documents
and have our medical examination so that they can send them to Vietnam
for visa/work permit processing. They are also asking for one month salary placement fee and P15K processing fee.
