MASAYA KAMI para sa kaibigan naming si James Yap dahil finally, hindi pinayagan ng korte ang petisyon ni Kris Aquino para sa permanent protection order (PPO) laban dito para hindi na makalapit sa anak.
Sabi ng korte tungkol dito, “However, as to the minor James A. Yap, the record is bereft of any ground to convince the Court to make the permanent protection order. As it is, it will be the best interest of the minor that both his parents, however inconceivable as it may seem, will always be present to give him guidance and shower him with love.” Therefore, the prayer for permanent protection order against respondent with respect to minor James A. Yap is hereby DENIED.”
Ang balita, ni-requrest na ng kampo nina James na magkita sila ni Bimby sa Sunday. So sa nalalapit na pagdiriwang ng Father’s Day sa June 16, dama naming buong-buo na ang pagiging ama ni Papa James.
